OVERVIEW of PAYMENT POLICY (for complete policy see Parent Handbook)

• Non-refundable Registration fee due upon enrollment to reserve placement.
• Tuition is due in full the first school day of each month. (no later than 3rd school day)
• Processing fees for Credit & Debit card payments are paid by the cardholder.  There are no processing fees for ACH from checking account.
• Tuition amount remains the same regardless of attendance or school closure.
• Tuition based on a 12-month school year. (August – July).
• School closed annually for Christmas break, & 1 week in July/August.
• Financial Aid is available for families who qualify. More information and a link to the application is on the bottom of this page.

*Active members of First Presbyterian Church receive 15% discount

*Only 1 discount or financial assistance may be used at a time.  Discounts may not be combined.
